Altronic LLC is seeking a Engineering Coordinator to join our team in Girard, Ohio. Reporting to the Panel Engineering Manager, this individual will be responsible for coordination of projects and communication to all areas within engineering, production, quality control and sales of engine control panels. Requirements
This position will be responsible for all the final drawings and BOMs created for all projects. The role will include the administrative items needed for the department including scheduling, communication, and coordination of projects.
Supports engineering department by performing minor CAD design of electrical circuits, electrical schematics, and panel layouts under the direction of the Engineering Manager
Entering electrical panel Bill of Materials in MRP system.
Help prepare technical manuals, technical specifications, instruction manuals, and sequence of operations.
Work and interface with other departments such as purchasing, sales, production, and manufacturing engineering to move the project forward.
Interface with customers and other stakeholders, answering emails, and updating project status.
Help to specify parts and components for purchasing related to the production of electrical cabinets.
Assists the engineers to help them manage project to balance scope, schedule, and quality in order to deliver excellence, including keeping detailed project notes and documentation.
Support shop floor with drawing and BOM changes
Create panel tags for projects & sales orders
What you should bring with you
Minimum experience of CAD (AutoCad, SolidWorks) is a plus.
A technical Associates Degree is preferred but not required
Able to multitask daily
Able to communicate well both written and verbal to external and internal customers.
Able to learn quickly new software packages to support panels within our department
Self-guided and active team player
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
