Engineering and Maintenance Manager

Goshen, IN

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Engineering and Maintenance Manager will lead 10 direct reports and be responsible for all maintenance activities within the facility including managing projects for new equipment installation and overall plant improvements.

Looking for a hands-on leader with a proven background in creating process improvements, leading multiple projects, and increasing overall manufacturing efficiencies. This individual needs to be a strong leader and able to build, grow and cultivate a strong culture within the maintenance team.

• 5+ years experience in a similar level role within manufacturing
