Retail Customer Service Representatives will handle our retail energy appointments and customer inquiries. Work comfortably in a retail environment while we provide information about Energy plans and benefits we offer for the provider. Resolving product issues such as high electric bills and concerns of high rates as well. Document and update customer records based on interactions. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Must be 18 or older to apply.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
Ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Positive and professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
