This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Takes ownership of issues. Thinks through issues and finds solutions. Looks at whole picture, not only individual piece of an issue. Ability to make sound decisions
  • Works report daily created in Excel including sorting, copying, moving data functions
  • Proactively working assigned tasks - taking ownership; taking action, letting team and leadership know if a roadblock is encountered
  • Understand how to run perform ID conversions using IRIS
  • Verify and research information in response to task inquiry. Follow through with error issues to resolution with frequent communication for update and resolution status
  • Proactively responding to team inquiries as assigned
  • Runs reports and uses data to update IRIS system when needed
  • Makes manual changes in IRIS to accommodate client needs
  • Shares responsibility of managing team's Outlook DL inquiries and takes turns as lead for email responses
  • Navigates internal team dashboard to find and add information
  • Navigates application called Navigator to find and use information in member accounts
  • Daily review of assigned tasks to ensure information updated accurately and timely
  • Ability to be proactive
  • Ability to solve problems, follow defined processes, make decisions, and apply them to problem results
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team member, work well within a team setting
  • Ability to work a full day on New Year's day (no exceptions)

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 3+ years of Healthcare industry OR Professional Office experience
  • Prior stable work experience
  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and mouse and keyboard skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Available to work 40 hours per week within the operating hours of the site with the ability to work occasional overtime including weekends, nights and holidays (New Year's day specifically) based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications:
  • IRIS experience
  • Navigator experience
  • RxServiceNow experience
  • RxCOMET experience
  • Prior healthcare experience

Telecommuting Requirements:
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Soft Skills:
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skill
  • Demonstrated ability to write professional emails

    Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $16.00 - $26.88. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $16.83 - $29.66.
