What You Will Be Doing

• Direct team/projects, successful project execution, change orders, client/architect/sub relations, and job layout/logs
• Plans/specs/scopes/codes/requirements, time management, control costs/project financials, resolve conflicts, and safety
• Estimate, budget, negotiations, setup/implement jobsite procedures, ensure jobs are on schedule, and timely/accurate reports
• Meetings, document delays/accidents, sub bid packages, business development, ensure QC, and job closeout

What You Need for this Position

BS in Electrical Engineering (preferred) and 3+ years of experience commercial, residential or industrial electrical projects:

• Knowledge of scheduling projects, bids, contracts, orders, and bids
• Ability to properly convey expectations to the customer
• Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in the installation of electrical projects
