• Review and interpret construction documents on paper and electronically on screen
• Preform takeoff from blueprints of materials and equipment
• Cost Estimating
• Create accurate and clearly written proposals
• Review contracts and scope of work
• Work closely with Foreman and Project Manager for project change orders
• Maintain good client relationship and follow ups post bid submission
• Communication with Suppliers and Customers
