We are seeking an Electrical Estimator for various commercial and public works projects.

What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze electrical plans, specifications and other documents to prepare labor, material, and equipment estimates for projects.
- May perform job walks to ensure that any field conditions have been observed that may impact the prospective bid.
- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foreman to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Locate, notify and send bid information to subcontractors and vendors for quotations.
- Complete the estimate takeoff, using estimating software (Accubid preferred), within the time deadlines.
- Prepares bid documents including specific scope letter for each project.
- 5+ Years of Experience as an estimator
- Proven track record of success from small to large size projects
