We are actively seeking an Electrical Engineer/Electrical Power Generation Group (EPGS), and the sky is the limit with Testek Solutions! Work with a worldwide dedicated team to support all electrical design functions related to Aerospace Test equipment by designing electrical equipment to test aircraft controls and avionics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsiblefor following all company processes and check lists
• Support the development of standardized design platforms
• Interpret customer specifications and SOW documentation to design a system to meet all customer requirements
• Partner directly with the Project Engineer and design team members
• Create electrical schematics from customer specifications using AutoCAD including new schematics, updating schematics and updating schematics per assembly red-lines
• Create accurate BOMs corresponding to electrical schematics
• Assist electrical technicians in the construction of electrical equipment

Requirements:

• BSEE degree
• US Citizen /Green Card required (ITAR compliance requirement)
• Direct experience with Electrical Controls and PLC Logic for automated industrial machines used to test automotive or aerospace system components
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with the following:

1. Electrical Engineering
2. AutoCAD
3. Specifying and sizing electrical parts based on calculations, customer specifications, and engineering principals
4. Hardware design such as panel layout or industrial controls required using AutoCAD
5. AC/DC power and control
6. Powering-up, debugging, and calibration of Aerospace or Automotive Test Systems
