Job Overview
Electrical Engineer II-III
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Compensation: $90k-$110k annually
Hours: This is a hybrid, full-time, permanent position.
2 weeks in office, 2 weeks WFH
(Training will be in office 100%)

What You' ll Do:
Support sustaining and/or design activities for our Pump Systems and products
Work closely with customer and our Field Service and our Technical Support to understand and troubleshoot mechanical problems with installed equipment
Support our field service technicians when equipment goes down in the field
Will involve office work and fieldwork where you will meet with customer to understand their needs and translate that into a problem statement or design specification
Work as engineer and project manager to solve the problem or satisfy the design specifications, on time and within budget
Develop testing processes, perform testing and validation of new designs
Hands on skills with troubleshooting, assembly/disassembly of parts and assemblies
Willing to be available for after-hours support as necessary
Work with senior engineers to learn product, company, and industry
Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment where your results orientated work will be noticed and rewarded
Responsible for fully documenting all design work and working with drafters to complete design documentation
Regularly demonstrate leadership in directing inter-departmental efforts to solve customer problems
Provide leadership to assigned group in the absence of Group Lead
Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow engineers
Enable other engineers by delegating tasks and providing oversight
Mentor & train Electrical Engineers I-II
Maintains clean and safe working environment compliant with our and customer safety policies
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test. We test for all federally illicit substances, to include THC
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical experience in an engineered product industry
Six (6) - Ten (10) years' work-related experience in the semiconductor process industry or related area
Good working knowledge and use of design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solidworks)
Working knowledge of general policies and procedures
Strong Customer Relations skills
Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Sufficient PC skills to manage information and to prepare reports and presentations without support
Strong relationship building skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customer
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills
Ability to perform the identified essential functions of the classification, including the operation of any machinery and/or equipment that is associated with performing the essential functions
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position in a cross cultural, demanding, and dynamic environment
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat of harm to him/herself, others, or property
Ability to adhere to our personnel policies and practices, including the attendance and punctuality requirements
