Description:

the electrical engineer will be hands on in designing and testing of innovative LED lighting fixtures for our product catalog and for specific client customizations. they will be a part of all aspects of the process from concept to R&D to production.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Leading new product developments for lighting and power supply products

Provide technical knowledge and support to non-technical audiences (internally employees of other departments as well as externally to customers)

Create and maintain documentation including drawings, schematics and bills of material for product SKUs

Analyze, test and optimize products utilizing different LED and power supply products, transformers and circuits

Develop testing protocols for newly developed products

Guide and support the development of junior engineers or technicians

PCB experience: some knowledge required, will train on full depth

Product development experience desired
