Seeking Ed Tech II's for our pre-K program! The Fraser-Ford Child Development Center, owned and operated by Waban Projects, Inc. is seeking Educational Technician II's for our year-round Pre-K classrooms. Waban is seeking dedicated professionals to provide individualized instruction to children with autism, developmental disabilities, and mental health needs in our clinically intensive center-based program. Under the supervision of a certified special education teacher, the Ed Tech II provides individualized direct instruction in social, behavioral, emotional, functional, and academic skills within an Applied Behavior Analysis model. Come join our team of professionals which also includes board certified behavior analysts, licensed clinicians, occupational therapists, and speech language providers who help support our staff in meeting each child's diverse needs. Waban offers the initial and ongoing training required to be a highly effective instructor of children with special needs as well as to promote continuous learning, professional development, and the delivery of high quality services to children and their families.
Qualifications: The Ed Tech II position requires a minimum of 60 college credits. Preference given to candidates with experience, Ed Tech II certification, and School-Based Behavioral Health Professional certification. Waban will facilitate obtaining these certifications, and provide paid training, for candidates in need of these certifications.
Benefits: This full time position is 35 hours per week, and benefit eligible to include health, vision & dental insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, as well as paid vacation, sick, and personal time.
