Essential Job Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries, requests and complaints, following up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction.
Internal communication about customers and orders demands.
Create cases in ERP system to do RMA or Replacement.
Deal with cases about shipment or other charge.
Contact with customers who are not satisfied with our products or services to improve their good impression on our brand.
Create weekly/monthly reports to summarize product quality issues collected from customers.
Requirements and Qualifications:
At least 1 year customer service experience. Experience of Automotive Parts/Lighting product knowledge is a plus.
Advanced client development skill and CRM experience.
Demonstrates great communication (Written and Verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and result-orientation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
