Job Overview

Paragon Precision, a Princeton Precision Group company, and leader in the aerospace & defense, power generation, and medical industries is looking for long-term, dedicated individuals to join our organization. We are currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail oriented individual to coordinate with and provide assistance to both our shipping and receiving manager and shop floor foreman. The ideal candidate will dedicate time to moving incoming and outgoing product to customers and vendors as well as provide machine and facilities maintenance assistant as deliveries are completed.

Inspect, verify, and record incoming shipments
Inspect, verify, and prepare paperwork for outgoing shipments
Deliver product to outside vendors as needed
Attend daily morning meetings to gather information on shipping and facility needs for the day
Assist shipping and receiving manager with daily routes, shippers, and purchase orders as needed
Follow all quality control standards with regard to shipping and receiving product
Perform preventative maintenance as required on machining equipment
Communicate machine function issues to management and shop foreman as necessary
Assist with scheduling and / or obtaining outside technician service(s) as needed
Perform general shop maintenance functions as needed; including but not limited to clearing machined metal debris, trash removal, equipment relocations, and new equipment prep
Follow and promote all safety procedures and protocols
Other facilities and shipping duties as required
