Job Overview

Reporting to the Director of Operations, Quick Turns the District Manager, Cleaning will provide supervisory and housekeeping services to the multi-family turn-key industry. This role will work directly with residents, community managers and associates to coordinate service schedules and ensure that exemplary customer service is being provided. The District Manager also has elevated duties that requires additional partnership with managers and our clients. As a steward of Valet Living Quick Turns, the District Manager will embrace and display our leadership standards.

Salary range: $48,000-$52,000

Responsibilities:

Daily Operations

Manage and oversee housekeeping sub-contractors including hiring, training, updating and dispatching the daily schedule
Ensure client satisfaction through promptly and effectively addressing questions or concerns
Complete quality control checks through visual inspection of homes
Ensure proper safety protocols and procedures are being met
Build and maintain quality relationships with new and existing customers
Work efficiently with office team and field supervisors to provide exemplary customer service
Assist in selling and bidding of cleaning services
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

Organizational Activities

Report all safety incidents in a thorough and timely manner
Act in accordance with organizational and quality standards
Organize work and determine resources and requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of five (5) years of management experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
Excellent knowledge in cleaning techniques for all areas of the home
Customer service and people management experience
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
Multi-location management of dispersed workforce

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Unwavering work ethic, integrity, and accountability
Ability to perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with superior interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of audiences
Ability to adapt to technology platforms
Manage stress and adapt to constantly changing environment
Must have a commitment to service excellence with a friendly and positive attitude
Highly detailed oriented
Strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
Able to work with cross-functional teams within the organization

Special Conditions of Employment:

Valid driver license and good driving record
Ability to operate a motor vehicle in accordance to company policy
Flexibility to be on call during irregular hours depending on business needs
Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
Ability to walk distance of the property, including stairs
