Job Overview
High Energy HVAC company is seeking a Full-Time Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to work in our busy office.
Hours are: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
The successful candidate for this position will be a dependable professional with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multi-task. The main function in this role is to receive incoming calls from clients and enter the requests, and route a team of service and sales professionals.
HVAC experience preferred
Dispatching experience preferred
Data entry experience preferred
Must have geographic knowledge of the Grand Strand area
SERVICE :
Receive incoming client calls and emails
Schedule and coordinate service as calls, emails and online chat messages are received
Dispatch Service Technicians
Respond to messages
Happy calls / positive client surveys
