SKY HVAC is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented individual to be a Customer Service/Dispatcher at our Hickory location.
The individual must have collaborative interpersonal skills, but also have a competitive drive to be the best in the organization. This person will handle various daily activities for the entire location, must be a self-starter, and know how to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:
Stay on top of the schedule to ensure the right techs are dispatched to every call
Newly booked calls are properly scheduled
Ensure each technician has at least 40 hours every week with minimal overtime
All forms are properly filled out
Material is properly requisitioned
All money from service calls is collected.
Reorder inventory and parts
Process deliveries
Be on a weekly rotation as a dispatcher company-wide
Verify that all jobs are passing the final inspection the first time as per all local jurisdictions.
Other activities as required.
