Primary Responsibilities:
- Experience with supporting software development teams with automated deployments, testing tool guidance, monitoring tools
- Partnership with enterprise cloud teams
- Hands-on technology leader
- Experience working with applications deployed in private or public cloud
- Support and guide engineering teams in implementation by offering best practices
- Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance and direction
- Define and develop project plans, managing and mentoring personnel, helping developers resolve technical issues, monitoring and reviewing project progress, and serving as a liaison for internal stakeholders
- Mentor team and assisting in design of individual goals and professional growth plans
- Assist in recruiting efforts for development as well as other teams in the Technology department
- Give performance evaluations and reviews to supervised employees
- Successfully delivery of multiple products/components on time and within budget
- Experience working with external vendors

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in technology
- 2+ years of experience with any of the following: Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud services, Azure/AWS Cloud, Microservices etc.
- Experience overseeing and monitoring the work of others
- Architectural level of knowledge of Cloud Technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare
- Experience with high volume transaction sites
- Proven understanding of CICD tools
- Proven architect-level understanding of Well Architected Framework, Networking, Cloud Security
- Demonstrated knowledge of Tools: Java/Spring boot, ReactJs/Redux, AWS/Azure, Jenkins CI/CD
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills
