We are an industry leader in alternative energy infrastructure with a proven track record. Looking for an Operations Manager with a Minimum 10 years commercial construction industry experience. Experienced in Mechanical, Sitework, Electrical and or Civil construction required. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge in:
Microsoft project scheduling at an advanced level, including resource and cost loading.
Subcontract administration experience including bid evaluation and negotiation
Ability to manage multiple projects and personalities with a singular focus on project completion
Budgeting, Job cost evaluation and reporting.
Advance Microsoft Excel skills
An engineering, business degree or trade school degree is preferred. Construction industry experience and great references a must. some travel required.
