CLIENT: BIOTHERAPEUCTICS CDMO Our client are building a 100+ square feet greenfield site and are looking to secure the services of a skilled Director of Director of Facility & Engineering. THE ROLE Candidate will play a lead role in the construction of our client's bulk biological drug substance manufacturing plant, intended for phase 3 and commercial level manufacture of live biotherapeutic products (LBP). WHAT THE CLIENT ARE LOOKING FOR A candidate with relevant technical education and complimentary experience developed in biological/ pharmaceutical commercial manufacturing. Ideal candidate will have had practical hands-on leadership of new facility construction and will bring demonstrable expertise and experience in: New site design & construction to GMP specification Equipment & utility specification, installation, commissioning, and qualification Vendor and partner management, including outside agencies such as OSHA, MIOSHA, and local and state health departments as required Health, safety, and environment program management Development and management of site program for routine maintenance and continuous improvement Candidate will be a skilled project manager with excellent leadership skills and proactive approach to objectives.
