Job Overview
Onsite in Creedmoor, NC
Responsibilities:
Respond effectively to all correspondence, status requests, attend regular meetings as required to support tasks.
Works effectively with colleagues, customers, and all stakeholders and uphold the company values at all times.
New customer account set up, vetting, and credit control queries.
Customer Portal management.
Team specialist for CRM, including account creation and order reviews.
Work with customers to receive pro-forma payments where required
Provide updates for assigned actioned during the AM Production meeting
Scan original documents and drawings.
Provide copies of documents/drawings to Engineering/Manufacturing/supply chain personnel when required
Follow the Document/Drawing QMS Procedures where applicable
Coordinate and send documents to FAA authorities.
Ensure Engineering drawing/document procedures are followed by all personnel.
Control release and safe keeping of CAD files using restricted computer directories.
Copy to and Provide CD's for generation of technical publication documents/ data..
Print manuals and publications in support of technical Publication sales.
Accountability:
Contribute to a safety-first culture by identifying and recording hazards using the company Health and Safety tracking system.
Assist with Technical publications - customer portal access and credentials support
Create Sale Quotes and Sales Orders in support of customer support
Deliver backlog updates to customers
Close out orders and sales reviews
Data accuracy of sales orders, AM production sheet, and backlog dates
