Position Summary: The Digital Sales Technical Support Specialist is responsible for working with the Digital Sales team to execute product, merchandising and advertising strategies. This exciting position will work with leading third-party marketing tools and proprietary applications to support the planned strategies of the Digital Sales team. You will be an integral part of a successful team. Primary Responsibilities: Work with third party tools to update our ecommerce website with planned marketing campaigns, page updates and optimizations Set up and testing of planned promotions Update online product data for categorization, searchability and merchandising Partner with other team members to ensure your work is completed accurately Essential Qualifications: Good working knowledge of Excel Possess self-motivation and good attention to detail Creative and innovative problem solver Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude Ability to establish priorities and be flexible in responding to changes Database knowledge a plus Ecommerce experience a plus Knowledge of jewelry-making products a plus Knowledge of web metrics and analytics a plus Core Competencies: Industry Knowledge, High Standards, Functional/Technical Expertise, Learning Agility, Customer Orientation, Organization Knowledge Physical Demands: Ability to remain in a stationary position 90% of the work time with extensive computer use.
