Program Manager - Digital & Sustainability Growth provides leadership to digital and sustainability monetization campaigns globally for our customers at various industry segments. This fundamentally transforms how SUEZ-WTS customers adopt digital to achieve multi-level, multi-persona operational and Strategic outcomes. This requires leading a culture-change, challenge the status quo, experiment, fail fast while striving for the tangible wins.

The Role and responsibilities include following, but not limited to:
  • Lead the development and execution of "Digital Monetization Campaigns" for SUEZ-WTS key accounts globally, with a keen understanding of B2B market dynamics in Industrial water treatment space, in-line with annual business revenue and margin goals.
  • Establish a strong connected Sales and Marketing program for our WTS-Digital business.
  • Global lead on the corporate team that looks across the WTS-Digital solutions to determine the GTM strategy for the portfolio.
  • Understand and influence our Solution & Marketing Plays.
  • Drive a deep understanding of customer business needs, priorities, challenges, and industry insights specific to water/process loop, as well as the partner ecosystem relevant to industry-specific operations' and sustainability solutions.
  • Establish and execute on a multiyear "Digital & Sustainability" roadmap for key customers, while collaborating with Key account; Region sales among various other cross-functional teams.
  • Leverages relationships with Region Sales & Field Service to provide actionable feedback and insight back to Product NPI & Marketing teams
  • Identify new market opportunities, business models, and solution gaps; articulate business value and outcomes; around market requirements.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior management and manage across functional teams.
  • Provide thought leadership and insights for the field, partner, business development and engineering teams on sustainability strategy.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and industry signals/deal trends to influence product priorities, business models and deal structures
  • Lead the development and tracking of integrated, related project plans with a common business objective.
  • Works with communications team to drive SUEZ-WTS presence on major social media platforms to build credibility and prospect/customer engagement.
  • Demonstrate initiative and leadership to develop product/solutions opportunities from early stage in collaboration with sales and customer success team.
  • Partnership Development for a given product/solution, which also includes WTS's products/systems integration with 3rd party services and systems (Data, Platform, APIs, Analytics etc.)
  • Establish and maintain detailed cost, pricing, margin details for specific emprise-bundle product/solutions.
  • Translate customers and business leaders needs to specific program components.
  • Ensure the solution compliance to the local standards, regulation, codes and safety requirements.
  • Visit key customers to support specific design problems or competitive situations
  • Partners with the corporate sustainability & CSR team to create and promote broad awareness of digital, sustainability initiatives, both internally and externally.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, etc., to stay current on product sustainability/stewardship; track industry advancements and identify new business models.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Technology or Data Science (or equivalent field) from an accredited university or college
  • 10+ years' experience in leading business initiatives, commercial programs, product/program management, demand generation, while leading mission-based-teams; influencing senior leadership decision making; driving tangible business outcomes and shaping industry trends. (or equivalent)
  • Experience in leading a digital transformation/change management program.
  • Excellent communication skills - written & verbal communication, facilitation, presentation and collaboration; Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize & organize work, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Trevose, PA , Houston, TX, Bengaluru (India), Gurgaon (India) preferred locations. Open to consider other locations for a qualified candidate.
