Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are partnering with a Salem, OR consumer services organization to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As the newest member of their marketing team, you will join a group of specialized digital marketers, each focused on their prospective niche within the digital realm. You will be focused on reviewing and analyzing their historical digital marketing efforts, with the task of understanding areas of opportunity and creating new and improved strategy to drive digital leads. While you will work with a team of hands on digital partners who will do a large bulk of the execution, you will keep your own deployment, tracking and analysis skills sharp on paid media and SEO projects. To be a fit for this role, you should be a strong digital marketing generalist with 3+ years of professional marketing experience, and a deep knowledge of SEO and paid media specifically within the B2C world. Additionally, you should bring a track record of campaign analysis and reporting experience. Most importantly, you should feel comfortable collaborating with marketers, cross-functional teams and company leadership, leveraging campaign ROI, ROAS and other campaign data to make strategic recommendations.

This is a permanent, benefitted role in a unique, mission-driven organization! This role is primarily onsite in Salem, OR, with some potential hybrid flexibility. This team is passionate about incentivizing all of their staff, so this is a heavily bonused opportunity with a track record of steady payouts for the last several years. OTE for this role ranges from $80-100K annually if goals are met, and there is significant earning potential outside of that range. Base ranges between $70,000 and $80,000 DOE, and this is a fully benefitted position.

You will:

• Review and analyze historical and ongoing digital marketing campaigns, identifying areas of opportunity to increase lead flow, ROI and ROAS for digital programs
• Create opportunity and drive consumer leads through new strategy and campaigns for the companies digital marketing channels, focusing on paid search and SEO
• Analyze and review campaigns, measuring efficiency, tracking trends and understanding successes and opportunities
• Communicate strategy and campaign recommendations with all levels of the organization, working consistently with the marketing and sales teams, along with executive leaders
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the industry, researching competitor strategy and providing insight to the large industry market

Your experience should include:

• 3+ years of B2C or blended digital marketing experience with strong analytical experience
• Deep knowledge of SEO and paid media campaign execution with experience tracking ROI and ROAS
• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Strong technical aptitude, including advanced Excel, CRM, Google Ads and Google Analytics Experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to create digital marketing strategy
