The candidate for this position will have proven mechanical skills and a strong aptitude for trouble shooting today's complex diesel engine management systems.

Job Responsibilities:
Ability to perform repairs on diesel engines, fuel systems and vehicle drive line components, such as turbo replacement, injector replacement & electrical systems, with efficiency and accuracy
Use of diagnostic repair manuals, diagrams and schematics used to diagnose electronically controlled fuel systems
Ability to utilize electronic testing equipment such as multi meters, volt amp testers and load testers
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair when needed
Communicate parts requirements before job start up
Upfitting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and pumping systems on trucks. Including installing PTO's, blowers, and pumps
Requirements:
Diesel repair and troubleshooting experience
Bulk tank equipment experience, fabrication and welding are a plus
Valid driver's license and good driving record - CDL is a plus but not required
Proper tools and equipment to perform daily diesel mechanic functions
High school diploma or equivalent, technical or trade school degree preferred
