Job Overview
Applied Resource group is searching for a Development Program Manager for one of our Data Center Clients. They are looking for a solution driven individual, with a background working on large scale Data Center projects.
Responsibilities:
- Management of project from Concept to Completion, reporting to the Director of Development
- Work with stakeholders, design team, and construction team to create a master development program and complete a campus design solution and budget
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors on project site
- Determining scopes of work for design, construction, and commissioning
- Review change orders from contractors and negotiate pricing
- Assist in establishing site construction security protocols
- Work with procurement team on equipment procurement and delivery
Experience:
- 5-10 years experience in Construction Project Management/Engineering
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Data Center construction experience is required
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction is required
