The Designer will be responsible for the design of molds, fixtures, equipment, machines, and other production-related equipment to meet the needs of the Engineering and Manufacturing departments. Also includes finite element analysis of mold design and elastomer product performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Works with high integrity and complies with corporate guidelines on business ethics.
• Designing or modifying elastomer molds, manufacturing tools, and equipment
• Prepare technical drawings, creation, and revision of mold component bills of materials, and mold and fixture design. Provide technical support to the mold shop and production areas for product and process improvements.
• Participating in finite element modeling for analyzing the problems related to elastomer mold, comparing the results with analysis in manufacturing
• Accelerating product development processes for meeting customer requirements
• Coordinating with the staff involves in the manufacturing and analysis manufacturing process of rubber seals, providing solutions for molding issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficient in CAD software.
• Exceptional knowledge in utilizing 3D drafting programs (Autodesk Inventor)
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
