Description:

DroneUp is seeking a Deployment Services Engineer who will be responsible for the configuration, deployment, and escalated support of desktop, mobile, network, and peripheral devices within our corporate and hub environments . The Deployment Services Engineer will work to ensure timely and efficient implementations throughout the DroneUp organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support desktop and mobile devices, applications, peripherals, and network devices
• Work with the Cloud Solutions Team to provide feedback on how deployments can become more efficient and seamless
• Perform preventative maintenance on operational equipment
• Configure, install, customize, maintain, test, and troubleshoot hardware systems with minimal direction
• Provide packaging, unpacking, documentation, shipment, and receipt of equipment as needed for support of the enterprise
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 5+ years' experience as a desktop/deployment engineer or in a similar role deploying, implementing, and providing technical and/or desktop support for Apple and/or Windows-based devices
• In-depth experience providing support services to end users within a corporate environment
• Experience providing customer service while using technical as well as problem solving skills working within a fast pace environment
• Extensive experience providing desktop support for Windows and Apple Devices as well as knowledge of multi-factor authentication and mobile device management tools
• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners, etc.)
• General understanding of network security practices and anti-virus programs and how they work on different devices (e.g., Apple, Windows)
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Microsoft 365 Certified, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Jamf/Apple Profile Manager, Okta, Google Workspace, Office 365 preferred
