We are looking for a bilingual Dental Customer Service Representative who is passionate about answering incoming calls from our patients with a smile! The selected candidate will provide prompt and professional customer service to patients by scheduling appointments, explaining registration procedures, and entering information into our Dentrix system all while improving the patient experience.
This is a full-time position located at both our administrative site at 42 nd & Center and our main campus on 30th and L. The schedule will be 40 hours per week, Monday Friday 7:50am-5pm.
To ensure the safety of our patients, employees, and communities, OneWorld Community Health Centers is requiring all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 effective November 15th, 2021. Exemptions may be granted for religious or medical accommodations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products, required.
- Prior experience with Dentrix software preferred.
- One year or more of work experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- One year or more of data entry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
