Quick Staff USA is one of the fastest growing staffing companies on the east. Our business clients range from small to medium enterprises to the largest meat and poultry producers in the world. We are currently looking to fill Demolition Laborer positions. Candidate should possess skills needed to complete varies demolition projects.
Pay starts between $15.00/$16.00 per hour depending on experience
$250 bonus once you have completed 2 weeks
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Use power tools to remove unsound structures
Clean up the worksite when the project is complete
Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications
Sweep and clean the project site
Loads and unloads materials as needed
Provide assistance to craft workers and Lead Framers
Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment
Performs other duties as required
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials
Honest, trustworthy, dependable
Punctual; must arrive at work by the designated start time
Must have a safety-first attitude. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures is required
Must display a professional attitude to co-workers and supervisors at all times
Ability to work diligently while under time restraints. Willing to accept change
Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials up to 50 pounds
Ability able to tolerate, vibrations, heat, and high noise levels
Must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States
Current driver's license and clean driving record
Good communication skills
