Job Overview
Fresh Baguette in Rockville MD is currently looking for Delivery Drivers at its main bakery. It's a physically demanding job usually 25-35HRs/week with full time openings available depending on need. Drivers will work 5 to 6 days a week with shifts between 11:00 PM and 5:30 AM. The daily routine is arriving at the depot, loading all your route's deliveries, and departing to make all deliveries on time. Needed is a strong ability to read and follow instructions with keys, codes, and alarms, paying attention is key to success while delivering properly.
The ideal candidate has/is:
Proven working experience as a Delivery driver
DOT medical card
Experience with GVW 16,000+ LBS
Experience with Lift gate operation
Valid driver's license and good driving record with no traffic violations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Reliable
Punctual
High school degree
Your responsibilities are:
Follow company and state regulations and safety standards
Follow route designs and time schedule
Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses
Load, unload, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
Complete logs and reports
Bonuses (Behavior & Quality) 10$-100$ per pay period based on seniority
