Requirements:
The ideal Candidate will be motivated, Polite, eager to help out with General Office duties such as Customer Service, Data Entry, Customer Contacts, Collections, Research, as well as other duties as needed. Candidate should show an outgoing manner when they speak to our customers via incoming and outgoing calls/ communication.
In this rewarding position you will develop relationships with our Customers as well as the various department staff as you provide assistance.
Training will be provided
Computer Skills Excel , Word, email, accurate Data Entry
Ability to communicate - Oral and written
Customer service / Phone Sales experience a plus
Proven success building and maintaining our existing account business a plus
School or Government sales experience is a plus
Bilingual a plus ( English / Spanish
The work environment is friendly, Business casual workplace.
PPE , social distancing, and safety protocols are in place for a safe workplace.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
