About The Job:
We need to hire someone to help us with processing service requests. We receive several small packages each day from customers all over the world. These packages contain items that require some sort of service and/or repair. All repair orders are opened and entered in to our service management system by make, model and type. We carefully reconcile the customers repair order against what's actually received along with checking the accuracy of customer and billing information. This a high-level description of the job, however this job also involves several other clerical duties, such as filing, emailing, light phones and more.
You'll work in a comfortable indoor environment, in your own space, with very little supervision.
Skills / Qualifications:
Quick learner who can adapt to a small office work environment.
Ability to work independently in a well-organized manner.
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Previous customer service / support experience is a plus but not required.
Experience with QuickBooks a plus but not required.
