Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support / Data Entry Specialist to assist in entering information into our database, maintaining order entries for Website customers, Rider Support, Distributors and Dealers.
The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, be computer savvy with strong attention to detail. Type quickly and accurately with great efficiency. Have the ability to work independently as well as with a team. You will report to a team manager.
Responsibilities
Answering incoming phones calls in a professional manner
Provide the first point of customer contact for inquiries, direct calls to appropriate department(s)
Good communication and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders
Entering in data information provided from customers / purchase orders
Verify data entries by comparing it to source documents
Update and/or make changes necessary to existing data
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data
Assist in maintaining customer loyalty by providing prompt friendly service
Work with and create spreadsheets for reports needed
Other responsibilities may be tasked not specifically assigned.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer support and /or data entry
Fast and efficient typing skills
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Great attention to detail
High school degree or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
