As a Customer Support Specialist, You'll Work On:
Build, Grow, and Retain
- Receives client requests and issues via ticketing system and ensures they are assigned to the appropriate team promptly - often requiring technical trouble shooting.
- Adds relevant information to tickets to assist MotionPoint teams in resolving issues.
- Handles incoming client email and telephone calls.
- Tracks resolution of tickets to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. Dialogues with clients if deadlines cannot be met.
- Works a flexible schedule to ensure extended hours coverage is met.
- Proficient with Internet browsers, Microsoft Office, and email
- Excellent professional writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic HTML knowledge
- BA/BS/ Undergraduate degree preferred
- 1-2 years related experience
