We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to start working immediately in Plano, TX
Location: Plano, TX
Pay range: $21 - $23 p/hour
Shift: M - F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Description:
Provides assistance to customers through phone calls and e-mails. Provide order administration, delivery confirmation and resolution of issues for all assigned customers. Perform order entry, updates order information, provides confirmation of delivery schedule and revisions to customers in a timely manner and interfaces with customers and internal organizations for the resolution of any issues.
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent.
3 - 5 years of customer service experience.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous SAP experience (desired).
COVID-19 considerations:
Mask required on site.
Maintain 6 feet distance as much as possible.
