Summary/Objective

The Customer Support Representative manages all incoming calls regarding customer queries, requests, and complaints, and routes tasks to the appropriate Patient Care Coordinator.

Essential Functions

Job Duties

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Answer high volume calls using a multi-line phone system
• Tracking and providing status to patient orders via FedEx/UPS
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Process incoming/outgoing company texts
