What you will be doing The Customer Support Center (CSC) QA Auditor is responsible for reviewing and auditing the work of Customer Service Representatives. The QA Auditor will also provide input on suggestive training. They will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring agents with suggestions for quality improvement. They provide administrative support for the Training and Quality Assurance area within the CSC. The position will be based in Phoenix, AZ. Main responsibilities Conduct monitors for CSC Representatives (CSR) by listening and evaluating quality assurance that align with CSC standards Schedule one-on-one discussions with assigned Representatives to provide feedback and coaching to improve quality Post Monthly QA Awards Respond to CSR and backstage personnel inquiries Address escalated issues and assist CSR and other personnel with difficult questions Provide input on future training topics based on quality assurance trends Assist trainers with prepping for upcoming training classes May assist in presenting or facilitating a portion of training (SME) Assist analysts with running reports and providing feedback on quality assurance Assist in communicating new "hot topics" to the floor and answer questions on those topics. Provide administrative support to Training and Quality Assurance personnel What we are searching for Education Level: High School diploma or GED required. Experience Level: One (1) to two (2) years of Call Center experience, required. One (1) to two (2) years of experience in coaching and mentoring employees, preferred One (1) to two (2) years of experience in quality assurance, preferred Skills and Experiences: Demonstrated commitment to providing superior customer service Excellent inter-personal skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy Ability to work independently when needed Strong work ethic, dependable, and flexible with schedule.
