Job Overview

Bilingual Position. This position is in our Carolina, PR office. This is a full-time, permanent hire position.

One Health Direct is becoming a leading provider in the durable medical equipment industry to our US customer base. Our Carolina, PR Contact Center is a rapidly growing, friendly, and positive work environment.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Supervisor who is critical thinking, process and KPI oriented across multi functions including IT and customer support. A person with a production orientation toward customer satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate must be technically oriented with the ability to analyze customer data and utilize proprietary production CRM software to facilitate positive results.

A team-oriented supervising style with active listening and time management skills. The best fit candidate will be a highly goal-oriented, effective in producing positive results with the ability to demonstrate a high proficiency technologically.

Required Experience:

Two (2) or more years proven supervisory experience as a Customer Success Supervisor.
Two (2) or more years' experience coaching and developing employees in a customer support role in a durable medical environment (preferred)
Proven track record of meeting KPI's in a customer support role
High degree of problem solving and decision-making skills
Be a strategic thinking individual with attention to detail
Technically strong individual with the ability to utilize data entry tools, reports, and graphs
Excellent oral and written communication skills across the organizational structure
Self-disciplined
Strong organizational and follow through skills with high efficiency
Excellent multi-tasker, be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize
High interpersonal skills
20% desk time -80% floor production in customer services.
Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook knowledge

Preferred Experience:

Durable Medical Equipment: 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the success of 20-30 customer service representatives
Train and develop customer service representatives
Manage customer health metrics to ensure customer service stability
Analyze customer data and provide feedback to necessary teams within OHD
Critically think with an innovative production strategy and approach
Work closely with Sales team to improve intake quality and customer experience
Bring a sense of urgency and commitment along with desire to get things done

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree - preferred

Compensation:

$20.32 / hour
