The Customer Success Manager will manage and help grow new and existing national accounts. The successful candidate will be well-organized, self-motivated, growth-oriented, and have outstanding relationship building skills. - Oversee and drive the rollout and implementation of new national accounts.
- Actively maintain and improve client relationships with assigned national accounts to grow revenue for our franchise owners.
- Schedule and conduct account reviews to strengthen satisfaction and build repeat customers.
- Act as the liaison between the national account client and the functional departments within Smash My Trash including franchisees.
- Proactively pursue/recommend improvements to processes related to the national account lifecycle with the goal of delivering an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
- Work with the finance team to ensure efficient execution of national account consolidated monthly billing.
- Support the overall mission of driving revenue growth through national accounts.
- Previous Account Manager/Customer Success Manager experience with 3+ years experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
- Trusted advisor to Sales leadership team with some experience building customer management plans and programs in matrix organizations.
- Focused on delivering measurable business results and continual Improvement.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Google Suite knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Familiar with standard office technology and applications including both productivity and customer relations management software.
