We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This position is an integral role for Televic as we continue to grow. Responsible for providing superior customer service to our external clients and internal team, including order processing and post sales customer support. This position requires someone with expert level communication and organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. This role will require someone who can work very independently, as well as part of a great team!
Job Description - Primary Responsibilities
" Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses to clients who submit questions via phone, email, or chat
" Handle office reception with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude
" Process incoming orders, including order entry, communication to clients, moving orders through the system effectively, and coordinating payments and logistics with clients and internal departments
" Prepare, submit, and track vendor purchase orders
" Provide post-sales customer support to clients including processing returns, repairs, and Service Agreements
" Schedule liaison between clients and technicians for onsite support, training, and commissioning. Maintaining records and billing related to support activities
" Database entry: maintain customer and vendor accounts and records
" Prepare weekly and monthly reports
" Purchasing of office inventory including breakroom and office supplies
" Manage supply vendors and facility vendors to schedule cleanings, repairs, and handyman visits
" Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
" Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
" Other duties as assigned
Requirements
" 2-4 years of customer service and order processing experience. (Preferably in a distributor or manufacturer environment)
" Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
" Possession of a BS/BA Degree or greater in Business or equivalent work experience preferred
" Intermediate to advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
" Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
" Consistent attention to detail in materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Good planning and organizational skills
" Excellent written and verbal communications skills and problem-solving skills
" Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
