Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Greet Clients with enthusiasm
Answer Multi-Line Phone system
Schedule daily appointments
Organize next day procedures
Maintaining patients documents
Gathering patient histories/information. Educating clients on annual care
Stocking products
Outline costs and fees in a positive light while supporting hospital payment policies.
Can turn phone-shoppers into clients through relationship building and bonding
Can easily remember clients and patients names and uses them.
Handle emergencies when arise
Can accurately handle payment transactions
Explain delays to clients. Ensure the comfort of clients and patients during their wait times.
Ability to restrain animals
Clean and maintain treatment area
Assist technicians with patient needs
Ability to be flexible and multi task as needed
Requirements:
Microsoft word and Excel proficient
Type at least 40-50 words per minute
Must be able to lift 40lbs without assistance
Must be computer savy
The person joining our team will be expected to work and light up the room. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, energetic and can multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude.
