We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to fill our Customer Service/Shipping Coordinator position. Main duties will include answering phones and providing customers with superior support. This position is also responsible for coordinating all shipping including freight quotes, scheduling pick-ups and preparing shipping paperwork. This position works closely with our Shipping/Receiving team as well as our Sales team.

Other responsibilities include processing incoming orders, special projects, and other general office tasks.

Ideal candidate would enjoy a fast-paced environment and would be willing to help in all areas of a small manufacturing business. Customer Service, shipping, and Excel knowledge is a plus.
