Job Overview
We are seeking customer-service oriented, outgoing individuals to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and have previous experience selling products or services. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining high sales goals, answering products and/or services inquiries and resolving any customer issues. As a member of a fast-paced team, the successful candidate will be able to quickly adapt to various situations, respond to customers' inquiries in a timely manner and maintain regular daily/weekly/monthly sales goals. The ideal candidate will also be able to work well with others and collaborate effectively with their team.
