Job Summary:

Coordinates activities related to customer RFQs. Provides order status updates and responds to customer requests for order expediting or push outs. Activities related to customer RFQs include coordination with purchasing and relevant production manager on updating pricing information and lead times prior to quoting. Communicates completed and approved RFQ back to customer in a timely manner. Communicates any delays or issues related to existing orders with customer in a timely manner.

• Ensures responses to customer RFQs are based on up to date pricing and lead times.
• Ensures quotes are based on current Part Number and Revision. Will request most recent drawings from customer if RFQ revision does not match version in ERP system
• Keeps customer pricing worksheets current.
• Use ERP to check product availability and job status.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Escalate urgent customer needs as appropriate internally.
