Customer Service Representative- Hybrid
$16.00hr. To $18.00 hr.
Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Hybrid work schedule available after training
A large and admirable insurance company local to the Salt Lake City area is searching for a Customer Service Representative. Your passion for providing excellent customer service will be utilized as you properly direct inbound calls, research and resolve issues, review financial transactions, and accurately respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:
Enter verbal and written application information accurately into the system
Maintain a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team
Search company records to obtain the information requested by the customer
Answer inbound calls and process all service requests for policyholders
Interpret policy provisions to determine the best methods of making desired changes such as change of beneficiary, type of insurance, or change in method of payment
Additional duties and responsibilities as required
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
Written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to ensure a quality customer experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), and the web-based platforms
Previous Call Center experience preferred
Organizational skills with a capacity to multitask
Medicare Supplement knowledge is useful but not required
