Job Overview
Helpmates is looking for a Order Entry Representative for the mail order department for a large medical manufacturer and distributor in the Torrance, CA area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!! Responsibilities include:
Process orders received via Online sites i.e.Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and through emails, faxes and our website;
Coordinating with Shipping Dept on orders;
Updating shipping/tracking information once available;
Process Return Authorization requests;
Handle some incoming phone calls;
Email / Chat Responses - must have good written and oral communication skills
General Office;
Putting sales packets together;
Bi-lingual would be great but not required.
Temp to hire
Hours: 8:30am to 5 pm ( 1/2 hour lunch )
Monday - Friday
Pay $18-$19
Must be able to multitask and must be reliable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
