Key Responsibilities

• Data entry
• Checking in drivers
• Answering customer emails and phone calls
• Customer service
• Communicate with other office or partners

Days/Hours of Work: Monday thru Friday, 0600 - 1430

Requirements:

• High School diploma / GED required
• 1- 2 years customer service experience in a trucking office environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manage
