Description:
Contact responsible parties through phone, text, and email to resolve past due amounts by negotiating payments or payment arrangements a borrower may be eligible for.
Identify reason(s) for delinquency
Educate borrowers and co-borrowers about their payment obligation and the terms of their loans.
Convey the consequences of non-payment to borrowers and co-borrowers.
Verify points of contact for borrowers and co-borrowers (addresses, phone numbers, email addresses).
Greet customers and answer incoming calls
Maintain insurance records for borrowers and co-borrowers
Assist with contract completion for borrowers and co-borrowers
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
Qualifications & Education Needed:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent Customer Service
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Experience in customer service and direct contact with customers
Must be able to multi task
No collection experience is needed for this position. We are willing to train the right person.
