Job Overview
We are flexible and want to find a schedule that works for YOU! Full time employees may enjoy a four day work week (10 hour shifts) or traditional 8 hour days. Full or part-time schedules available. _ We have an internal guaranteed year-round minimum wage of $18, but with tips actual earnings can average $25+ _
We are now hiring Guest Service staff in our Portland Park Ave location. It takes a village to make wholesome donuts. Our Guest Service Associates are responsible for providing our guests with The Holy Donut experience! This includes excellent and efficient service, a big smile, friendly banter, and providing excellent product knowledge for our guests. The Guest Service Associate's other daily tasks include: brewing coffee, preparing barista beverages, cleaning and doing dishes, accurate cash handling, accurate use of our Point Of Sale system, stocking drink coolers, correctly packing donuts, stocking supplies, and completing opening and closing checklists, as well as other tasks. Guest Service Associates may also be required to train in other areas of the shop and to assist with donut production as needed.
We offer highly competitive pay rates for all our positions as well as a career path and the ability to grow for those employees that demonstrate the desire and ability to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Additionally, we are proud to be able to offer our full-time (30+hours/week) team members health and dental benefits as well as paid time off. Pay is a base rate plus tips - guaranteed minimum of $18/hour, but typically around $22-25+/hr.
