HOURS: Monday - Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will be part of a fun team focused on supporting and growing our business. We're looking for someone who has a positive, "can do" attitude, thrives in a fast paced environment and gets along well with diverse personalities. We seek a proactive problem solver - if something needs to get done, this person takes the initiative to pitch in; the phrase "it's not my job" is not part of his/her makeup. The right person for this role has a professional phone presence, and likes to shine both as an individual contributor and as a strong team player. He/she easily learns new computer systems with on-the-job training. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Gmail is a plus, but is not required.
JOB DUTIES:
Process new orders via telephone, email and our online customer portal.
Answer calls from customers; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Ensure that all subcontractor payroll is completed daily.
Ensure that all material and labor billing is accurate and aligns with corresponding orders.
Ensure that all required documents are scanned into our system daily.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, etc.) regarding any issues with orders (measurement requirements, etc.).
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong customer service orientation and 2+ years of experience providing customer support by phone and/or in person.
Computer proficiency - data entry, able to correspond effectively via email, perform data input while speaking on the phone, etc.
Detail oriented, self-motivated and organized.
Professional, customer-focused approach.
Proactive problem solver - takes initiative to identify, research and resolve problems as they arise; willing to help others when needed to solve issues.
Professional phone presence and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven independent contributor, as well as a strong team player.
Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets and Shared Drive is a plus.
